About La Bona Pasta
Though its pasta is plentiful, La Bona Pasta has much more than one culinary trick up its sleeve. Chef Humberto, a 30-year restaurant veteran, has created a menu teeming with not only pasta dishes—more than a dozen specialty dishes in all, with seven pasta styles from which to choose—but also succulent veal, chicken, and seafood dishes. Scampi in champagne sauce is one such standout: big, juicy shrimp swim in a velvety porcini mushroom cream sauce surrounded by pasta and a medley of fresh vegetables.
