What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
LA Exotics was launched with the purpose to provide proper customer service for exotic & luxury car rentals. We want to be unique and want loyal clients who come to us for who we are and our service.
What do you love most about your job?
Delivering an exotic car for someone's birthday and surprising them with the car keys and courtesy delivery! :)
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Awesome experience! I rented nissan gtr and it was an amazing car to drive. It also had a performance exhaust so it sounded AMAZING! My experience was just as described and the customer service from Nico Vargas was great :)
