Traditional Mexican food with a twist. That's what diners can look forward to at La Fiesta, where chefs Sara Polczynski and Aaron Valenzuela recently collaborated on a new menu. Shared plates, such as crab guacamole and lobster quesadillas, kick off meals. And from there, diners can opt for classic favorites of tacos, sizzling fajitas, or fresh seafood such as baja-style fish (the fresh catch of the day paired with corn mash and mexican relish and topped with jumbo shrimp). La Fiesta is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, so during at least one of those meals guests should sip on a specialty margarita or sample one of the 50-plus tequilas. Happy hour live up to the name with discounted draft beers or margaritas paired with tacos.
