$15 for $30 Worth of Mexican-American Cuisine

Chefs corral Mexican dishes such as chicken fajitas ($14), shrimp chipotle tacos ($11), and tortilla soup ($6) as well as American classics including the club sandwich ($9).

La Huerta

La Huerta, formerly known as Azulejos, dishes up hearty Mexican-American cuisine from its central location inside the Camino Real. The executive chef endeavors to strike a balance between Mexican and American dishes that emphasize southwest flavors without an overly spicy kick or head pat. One of the eatery’s signature items—tortilla soup—emerges from simple, yet flavorful ingredients: a spicy tomato base, crisp tortillas, avocado, and melted cheese. La Huerta, which is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., also sets out a breakfast and lunch buffet stocked with tasty options.

Hidden gem in the heart of downtown El Paso. Had a cool 90's vibe like you were dining in a scene in Miami Vice. Large selection of breakfast and lunch options. Sunday brunch even comes with live music.

Great food a bit over priced I'd you ask me but the location and setting were worth it. Some of the food was cold because we went toward the end of the buffet that's the only reason didn't rate 5 stars staff was extremely friendly they even had live music. Great atmosphere. I do recommend but go early as the buffet is opening to make sure food is at temperature.
