I purchased the Groupon for the full highlights and conditioning treatment and haircut and style. The Groupon did not have any fine print on length of hair or anything. Upon arrival I was immediately told that they would be charging me an extra $50 because of the thickness of my hair. If that’s how you try to get new customers then best of luck. If you charge extra, you should disclose that.
