His menus feature four kinds of bright, refreshing ceviche—including one made with mango sauce and ginger—in addition to classic dishes such as pulled chicken stew with aji amarillo-spiced cream.
With weathered floorboards, rich woodwork, and vibrant paintings of village skylines, La Perla Peruvian Cuisine's decor complements the cozy spirit of Chef Jimenez's cooking.
