About La Table Du Marche
Chef Christophe Leroy opened his first La Table Du Marche in St. Tropez, a popular vacation destination for celebrities and the wealthy. His eatery soon became known as the place to be, which was completely unsurprising given that Leroy had recently received one of the highest honors in French gastronomy, “Les Clés d’or de la Gastronomie."
The cosmopolitan chef went on to take La Table Du Marche worldwide, opening locations in Marrakech and Miami. His menus are still rooted in French-cooking traditions (think croque-monsieurs and foie gras), but they also incorporate Mediterranean influences, seen in lamb sandwiches with Moroccan spices and jumbo-shrimp ravioli. But one French tradition persists no matter what—chilled glasses of bubbly served from the champagne bar.
