My sister found this studio online and we decided to try the signature class. Tiana the instructor was so nice and welcoming. This was my first time trying this type of class and she made it a great experience. The owner also personally came over to meet my sister and I and welcomed us since it was our first time there. This studio had a great vibe I highly recommend it.

This is great. Claudia was a very good instructor. I Was looking for a yoga that is not boring. And this is perfect. The stretching was good enough for beginners and lots more for all stages. I will certainly be back and hopefully be one of the regulars.

This studio is very clean and instructors are very dedicated for teaching. The only concern I have is the parking. We are only be able to park on streets so I need to arrive early to find parking.

Love it here such great positive energy! Everyone is always so friendly that work the front desk and the instructors are awesome. Just had a class with Alyssa and she is fabulous, knows her stuff, and gets us all motivated!
