Very nice lady but withing seconds of meeting me tried to up-sell me on a more expensive facial. Basically said that the Groupon facial wasn't good...even reccomend I get a refund for the Groupon I already bought and buy something more expensive. I declined and the service was nothing special. Washed my face, mask, steam, then moisturizer. Save your money.
