Q:

Is it handicap accessible?

Margaret L.  asked on  Jun 5, 2012

A:

The Walworth, Lady of the Lake and Belle are all handicap accessible and used predominantly for the 1 hour tours. Occasionally the Geneva might be used for a 1 hour tour, especially for the late evening 1 hour tours and this boat is not accessible due to the gangplank (The boat was actually designed as a troop carrier for the USS Saratoga and that's why). Q:

Can the value ($22) be used toward another cruise? Such as the mailboat tour? The difference would be $8, as the adult cost is $30. Sounds like such fun!

Joyce N.  asked on  Jun 5, 2012

A:

Sorry. Unfortunantly, this Groupon promotion is only good for the Geneva Bay 1 hour cruises and can't be transferred to the other tours. Although if you are looking for a deal on all of our cruises, you might be interested in the the Lake Geneva Passport. As a passport holder you can ride all of our non-meal tours as many times as you can - including the Mailboat Tour. Michael / LGCL

Kids under 3 are free on all of our tours (except of course Cocktail Cruises), however a boarding ticket will still need to be issued for the 3 year old, but there is no charge. Michael / LGCL

Q:

If I buy 8 tickets to share it with my children do I have to use all 8 at the same time?

Mila P.  asked on  Jun 5, 2012

A:

No. If for example, you wanted to use 4 today you would just have to turn in 4 of the 8 coupons. Then you could use the remaining 4 coupons on a different day. But I believe every coupon must have a different name associated with it when you buy it as a gift. - Michael / LGCL
