Q:

Just want to clarify- I have a brave and eager 7 year old who is over 50 pounds. Is the rule 8 years old AND 50 pounds or is the weight the more important factor here?

Lesley R.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

Hello - every rider has to be 50 pounds AND 8 years old...have to meet both requirements. Thanks for asking

Q:

I went ahead and purchased 3 groupons for this zipline tour, but didn't purchase any "as a gift" as the only options seemed to be to purchase them all at once or purchase them all as gifts. Did I need to purchase them each separately, (one for myself and then two as "gifts")...or is it fine that I just purchased 3 at one time?

Kiersten S.  asked on  Mar 28, 2013

A:

3 at one time is fine!! Call in, make a reservation for 3, and we will get you all taken care of!!

Q:

So, just double checking....can I purchase 3 of these groupons today and give two away to friends (so we can all go together on the same day), or will all three that I purchase be in MY name and for me to use only?

Kiersten S.  asked on  Mar 27, 2013

A:

Yes, you may purchase these Groupons as gifts.

Q:

The company's website indicates that this adventure costs $80. Did they inflate the price when they posted this?

S N.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. The value is also based on the price of the t-shirt that you will receive with the tour.

Q:

Is there a lot of incline walking? I've had hip surgery and can zip line but can't climb more than 3 flights of stairs or hike huge inclines.

Denise B.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

Thanks for your interest! There is one small hill and a short hike/walk, in addition to 1 staircase with about 8 steps.

Q:

When you say only one groupon per visit, do you mean per person or for the whole group? I'd like to take my grandchildren on this. THere are 6 of them ages 8 - 18. Could I get groupons for all of us to use together? Thanks

Diane R.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

You're welcome to purchase multiple Groupons to accommodate your grandchildren. The limit of 1 Groupon per visit applies to each individual.

Q:

Are there any height restrictions?

aileen c.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

There aren't any height restrictions, just weight and age restrictions. Participants must be at least 8 years old and weigh between 50 and 250 pounds.

Q:

The rules state that you can only use 1 per visit. Does this mean that the others in the party have to pay the full amount? Are there any black-out dates - or any other "issues" - for Groupon users that it would make it difficult to get a reservation in combination with non-Groupon users?

Suzanne W.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

The limit of 1 per visit applies to each individual. You're welcome to come as a group and each use a Groupon. There aren't any blackout dates, but all reservations are subject to availability.
