The gentlemen who expertly cleaned my sofa and loveseat was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and gave me some good pointers. He arrived on time and had all necessary equipment to complete the job. He was efficient and neat. Superb customer care skills and a very nice guy. I’ll definitely use his services again. Ken was friendly, professional, and happy to answer questions. He did a very thorough job cleaning our carpets and even did a great job in the crevices at the edges. We already booked him to come back to clean our upholstery later this week.

He was very professional easy to TALK to regarding concerns I had. Knowledgeable. His workmanship displayed Excellent work ethics. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND him and going to use his services again. As a single woman I was NOT threatened by his presence in my home, that's REALLY was important to me.
