Not true , it's listed as a trucking company because we provide transportation services, im sorry for your experience and you will be refunded by us if you are owed one. Please make sure you read through the cancelation policy and also yes, there is a deposit for customers like yourself that book a reservation and not show up. Our company has been running in New Orleans for over 4 years.
