About Lakeside Amusement Park

Established in 1908, Lakeside Amusement Park maintains its turn-of-the-century charm while embracing modern amenities and attractions. An adrenaline-pumping drop tower and a slew of neon-hued, spinning rides contrast the classic joy of a wooden roller coaster, which rises from its perch near the lake.

It was an amazing place. I have two boys(one almost a teen). They both loved the rides and how it looked so retro. I would def recommend to anyone in the area.

It is an older park but every year they add a new ride and or fix an area than needs to be fixed.such more chill and less crowded than Elitches. I wish someone rich would donate some money to help restore this over 100 year landmark. Would love to see Colorado keep this park going and staying. Been going since i was a kid I remember my mom and dad dancing on saturday nights back in the 60s and 70s and us kids having a blast throughout the park. Now into the 4th generation of our family enjoying this park. Beautiful location as it always was. would love to see them restore the boat racing again and the concert area. Please keep this property too many memories here. Love the cyclone...... still :)
