Your 30-minute Groupon session for baby photos was extended to 45 minutes as a courtesy. Our standard turnaround time is indeed 7-10 days, as stated on both Groupon and our website. Your Reveal appointment was scheduled for 7 days after your shoot.During the Reveal, you were shown your entire edited gallery in a beautiful slideshow set to music. After that, you had the opportunity to choose 3 digital images included with your Groupon voucher or upgrade to a larger collection, which you decided to do.You opted for additional images, which come with an extra cost.Regarding the retrieval of your images, we first send you an email for order approval, followed by another email with download instructions. The email you received begins with a thank you and advises you to read through the entire message before proceeding. It also includes video tutorials for additional assistance.If we’re being honest, it seems you didn’t follow the instructions, as you called back immediately with questions that were already answered in the email. This whole event took approximately 18 minutes before you returned to the studio, frustrated that your 10 images weren't downloading quickly on your mobile device. It’s important to note that the fourth sentence of the email specifically recommends using a desktop or laptop for downloading.We appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies the process.
