Lalibela is always a treat! I love their food, very tasteful, not too salty or spicy. Just right. For the first time, I did a take-away of the veggie platter. By the time I reached home, the injira was soggy at the bottom because of all the veggies on top. For takeaways they should use the containers only for the stews but keep the bottom injira separate. Otherwise, a great experience!
