What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I simply love the feeling of being able to assist other people in technology troubles. Not everyone is able to spend hours working on a computer problem, and understanding that led me to become a small-business owner.
What do you love most about your job?
I keep prices low simply because I absolutely love working on computers and all electronics in general. Ever since I was a child, technology has inspired me. I have since worked on multiple certifications for the IT industry and take every opportunity I can to help others with their problems.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
All our customers always leave satisfied. I have constantly been told, "My computer hasn't ran this fast in forever!"
