How are u sold out already when the e-mail just came from Groupon? I just called and spoke to Danny, but he told me that I need to speak to his cousin tomorrow. My friends are all upset too. We are all regular customers and feel that we did not have a fair chance to buy the groupon this time as we have always done in the past. What happened this time, and what can be done about it?

I'm sorry you missed out on this deal! If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.
