With groundbreaking architecture and a 253-year history, St. Louis is an ideal setting to explore — and Landmarks Association of St. Louis agrees. The East Tour explores the heart of downtown, covering such sights as the Old St. Louis Courthouse, the Gateway Arch, and the Wainwright Building. The West Tour focuses on sites such as the Peabody Opera House, the Soldiers Memorial, and the Central Library. Last but not least, the Washington Avenue Tour winds around the birthplace of the Saint Louis University and Washington University campuses, 555 Washington Avenue, and the National Blues Museum.
