The owner/manager oversees practically every car that goes through, pretty much guaranteeing an impeccable job. Keep up the great work, my Sonata Hybrid loves you.

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and there were barely any staff to help me outside. I was unsure as to where I should go since there were no staff members at the usual carwash entrance where they write up the ticket. I parked my car and eventually found the office. I went to redeem my groupon and was asked if I had received a ticket outside, which I had not as nobody had offered to help me. Eventually I went back outside and stood around for a bit until somebody vaguely told me where to go. I was given a ticket and sent back to the office to wait. After an overly extended amount of time, I saw my car pulled up front but was given no indication that it was complete. Rather, there was a car next to it getting wiped down so I assumed that my car was naturally next in line. I was misinformed. My car sat there for quite some time until I finally asked the manager what I was waiting on. He told me the car was done so I went to get in it but there were no keys. Eventually he found a worker who had my keys and I left. The overall time was around an hour even though it wasn't very busy at all. Additionally, when I was given my ticket, I was asked what air freshener I wanted and despite being asked I was given no air freshener at all. So, overall it was a horrible experience and I would never return nor recommend this place to my friends.

They charges me an additional $40. Then they made me wait and told me that the service they provided groupon for $99 was not the same they provide for their customers that pay$250.
