Technician will ACCESS carpet prior to setting up their equipment.

IF deep cleaning is needed on any area that is bound to be cleaned, there will be an additional fee per room. We also offer enzymes which kill odors such as pet urine, biological spills and an old musty odors left behind from previous tenants at an additional fee. IF the cleaning will be taking place on the second floor or above, an additional fee
of $15 will be added.

Sofa, Love seat, or sectional up to 14'

Voucher valid for any sofa, love seat, or sectional sofa up to 14'. Any additional feet will result in a $10 fee per foot. Not valid for sofas containing natural fibers. Those will incur an additional fee as they are more delicate than their synthetic fiber counterparts. LOOSE BACK CUSHIONS are charged individually at $5 per cushion. IF cleaning is taking place on the second floor or above, there will be an additional $15 fee.

Area Rug up to 8x10

The technician will access the rug prior to setting up their equipment. They will point out any damages found as some rugs are more delicate than others. IF damages are found prior to cleaning, the technician will do their best to go around it and/or clean the damage area as best as they can without damaging the rug more. IF cleaning is taking place on the second floor or above, there will be an additional $15 fee.

The technician will access the rug prior to setting up their equipment. They will point out any damages found as some rugs are more delicate than others. IF damages are found prior to cleaning, the technician will do their best to go around it and/or clean the damage area as best as they can without damaging the rug more. IF cleaning is taking place on the second floor or above, there will be an additional $15 fee.

Carpets should be cleaned to maintain their cleanliness every 3 to 6 months so traffic lanes and/or stains don't eat away at the carpet's color. This avoids odor/dust build up which may cause allergies. Carpets typically take anywhere from 6 to 24 hours to fully dry. This time span is based on factors such as air flow and humidity. This time span is also used for any upholstery or rugs cleaned.

Stairs are not included in any of the prices above as they possess a fee of their own.
