La Rosa Nautica Restaurant
For more than 10 years, La Rosa Nautica has provided the Boca Raton community with cuisine that pays homage to Peru's diversity of climate, cultures, and ethnicities of the country. The restaurant staff welcomes guests into a rustic, wood paneled dining area that comfortably seats 100 people.
You'll find classics and departures running the length of the menu: there's Jalea Nautica, a fried seafood mixture prepared with yucca and onion salsa, and the Sautéed Strips & Shrimps, seasoned and grilled on a rack over charcoal and served with rice, egg, and plaintain. Ceviche is well-represented—the chefs prepare more than 10 varieties, using fish, shrimp, squid, and octopus cured in citrusy sauces and garnished with herbs and spices to create the traditional Peruvian dish. The beverage selection nods to South America with pisco sour, Peruvian Mesquite, and also includes Argentinian, Chilean, and Peruvian wines and international beers to pair with a meal.
