I purchased the Groupon yesterday and was able to make a same day appt today. Small place but it was immaculately clean and all that you need. I added on doing my underarms last minute while I was there and it was no problem at all. Ice packs before, during and after made the process easy breezy. I have a high tolerance for pain but I can honestly say it's virtually painless just a little uncomfortable here and there. Highly recommend
