Q:

I have had a photo facial before. They included a gel that helped prevent any pain before they used the laser. Is this the same practice you use? Also, can you send the paperwork via email (to be completed at home) to save time?

Casey S.  asked on  Apr 30, 2013

A:

Yes we can arrange to get paperwork to you ahead of time. We use a thin layer of gel to help protect your skin before we do the procedure. It is not a numbing creme, but it does help. For the photo-facials it is all that is really necessary.

Q:

Can these be used on the chest or any other areas instead?

denise b.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

It could be used on hands. If you want to do chest, it would be a nominal upgrade fee, that would be determined by the size of the area you want to do.

Q:

If it takes half hour total for paperwork, consultation and treatment, how much time will that leave for the treatment? Is there a set number of passes that the laser makes per session? Is it more than 5 or 10 minutes? Thanks so much for clearing that up.

MARIA S.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Its an average timeframe. It will depend on the time it takes you to complete the paperwork, how many quesions you have during the conultation ect....Average treatment time is 10-15min. The number of passes is determined by the specific needs of the client, what we are treating and skin response. Typically people get 1-2 passes

Q:

Is this ok to use around the eyes for wrinkles and dark circles? Also at the jaw line for sagging jowles?

Janice F.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

It wont do much for the sagging jowles, it will feel firmer with in 24 hours but then will not go away from this type of treatment. And it is not safe to use close to your eyes
