Q:

Will this be a board certified doctor performing the procedure and how much experience with this particular laser does the person have? How much down-time should one expect from this procedure? Is it possible to get a sample spot down beforehand to see how your body will react to the procedure?

Please review a response from Laser Magic:

We do have a board certified Doctor that signs off on all patients. A trained and certified Laser Technician actually performs the treatment. The average down time is around 4 days.

Q:

Who does the procedure? What are their credentials and how much experience do they have? What is used for dis comfort? Does the staff have medical degrees?

A trained and certified Laser technician performs the procedure. We use a medical grade numbing cream pre treatment and Aquaphor post treatment. A Board Certified Medical Doctor signs off on all patients.

Q:

I had this done at a place in Parker 3 months ago and the effect is completely gone now. Is it too soon to have it done again? I believe there is a difference in machines, but I don't know what to look for in order to get the best and most long-lasting results. I loved the results before but want something that will last more than 3 months. Is my experience typical?

Thank you for your interest! Please review a response from Laser Magic:

No, it is not too soon to have it done again. I'm not sure what exactly you had done previously but the results from this laser are excellent and usually do a lot more than the older style lasers. With this laser you will see improvement for up to 6 months. Then your body will go back to it's natural aging process. That does not mean that you will look like you did 6 months earlier. It just means that your body will slowly start its normal aging. It could take years to go back to how you looked before.
