Q:

The kids are only interested in the rock climbing -- would the age limit still be effective?

Allison L.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

The rock climbing is based on weight- minimum 30 pounds. You can come in for rock climbing for $6.50 plus tax per session (15 mins), so it would be cheaper to come in and pay just for the rock climbing if they're not going to use the jungle gym.

Q:

My niecjugs 12. Would I pay a different price for her or is the maximum age limit at your facility 10 yers old?

Allison L.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

We have other activities here suitable for a 12 year old but you would pay full price for those activities. Our website www.laserdome.net has a full listing of prices and activities available at Laserdome Plus. The voucher is for 10 years and younger since the jungle gym is restricted to a maximum age of 10 years old.

Q:

If I purchase the option for six, do I have to redeem them all at once? Or can I use it on separate occasions?

Elsa D.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

The voucher only has one code therefore you need to redeem the whole voucher and cannot split it up over separate occasions. I would suggest buying multiples of the 2 pack or 4 pack. Regardless of which pack you purchase you will be saving money in the end.

Q:

I want to book a bday party- is there somewhere to eat some food after?

teresa p.  asked on  Oct 22, 2012

A:

We make pizza here however if you are not booking a full price party package we don't offer room rentals. You can order pizza and eat in the lobby area but like most places we don't allow outside food such as cake unless you have a full price party package. There is a Subway in the same complex which you could go and eat there after. This voucher is meant for play dates and such as oppose to birthday parties.

Q:

I would like to use the coupon(s) for a birthday party for 12 kids, but if I am reading this correctly, I can only use one coupon...which is only for 6 kids, correct? So I will have to pay full price for 6 kids and use the coupon for the other 6? thanks, Mia

Mia p.  asked on  Oct 22, 2012

A:

You can use 1 voucher per person. You can purchase more than 1 voucher such as the two 6 packs and as long as you have 12 kids you can redeem for 12 people. We just don't want a person coming in with multiple vouchers for same child.

Q:

Are 3 year olds allowed?

Heather M.  asked on  Oct 21, 2012

A:

The deal is for 4-10 years old but we do allow parents to go in the jungle gym with their child so you could help your 3 year old climb around. The rock climbing however may not be suitable for a 3 year old but as long as they're a minimum of 30 pounds they can try it.
