Q:

It says this groupon expires within 180 days. Does this mean we have to have our first treatment by the 180 day mark or that we have to finish all 6 treatments within 180 days?

Jennifer E M.  asked on  Jun 19, 2013

A:

You have to redeem it within that time frame.

Q:

About how many sessions does it take for full results? Does this differ by area? I am looking into the shoulders for a male. Since the Groupon is for 6 sessions will it be necessary to purchase additional treatments after the 6? If so what are the prices, I saw in an earlier question that you have prorated prices for Groupon members.

Bradford Z.  asked on  Jun 18, 2013

A:

The number of treatments for each person differs as it depends on their skin type, hair density and growth and medical history. We do recommend 6-8 treatments minimum. But eans treatment will give you results. Even after the first one. Yes we do have special pricing for groupon people if they want to purchase more, but only if you need any after 6.

Q:

I've had laser hair removal done on my bikini line at another spa, and it took approximately 15-20 minutes per visit. I notice you have this listed as a "large area" and that large areas can take up to 2 hours. I'm wondering if this particular area has an approximate time frame? I realize the time may vary from person to person, but I'm hoping you can tell me an approximate time. Thanks!

 asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

Large area does not mean more time but yes a bikini line can take 15 minutes or more. That's all. So you are right about the time frame for that area.

Q:

Can this be done if I have a sun tan? I understand that you can't be in the sun 2 weeks before and after the treatment day. However, if there is still a tan, can you do it? Also, does the Brazilian cover into the bikini line as the wax would if you were to get a Brazilian wax?

Courtney N.  asked on  Jun 16, 2013

A:

You CANNOT have any tan when you get laser hair removal treatments and yes the brazilian covers everything.

Q:

Are you able to perform laser hair removal on tanned skin?

Courtney N.  asked on  Jun 16, 2013

A:

No, you do need to lose that tan before you get any treatments.

Q:

What about light hair? Would Lumenis work? I have tried Brazilian laser before with Candela, and it didn't work well at all as my hairs are fairly light.

Johanna D.  asked on  Jun 14, 2013

A:

Yes Lumenis will work with all hair colors and skin types.

Q:

I've tried calling three times and no one has answered. How are appointments made? How long is it before I can get an appointment? Also, how much does it cost for upper leg? I didn't see that on the list.

Sandy S.  asked on  Jun 13, 2013

A:

We could be busy but please email us or call us at 972-202-4700 to book your appointments and we will definitely get back to you.

Q:

What kind of laser do you use? Candela?

Ken W.  asked on  Jun 12, 2013

A:

We use the medical laser called Lumenis and it is approved for all skin types including the dark skin.

Q:

Does this apply to men and women? I see in the list of 'treatment areas' you specifically call out 'men's beard' but there's nothing to indicate if the rest of the areas are unisex. Also, is there a reason upper back is not included in the treatment areas? Curious if that was an oversight or if it was deliberately omitted. Thx.

Donna W.  asked on  Jun 12, 2013

A:

Yes we can treat men as well as women. The reason for this deal is to introduce the laser treatments to clients and if you want multiple areas done then you can get them in-house as well and we will have specials for the groupon clients.
