Wow...Talk about THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TANA IS HER NAME. WORST, WORST, WORST. They called to change my appointment on Wednesday from Friday to Thursday.. I called on Thursday at 6:45 to let them know I am tracking 5mins late for my appointment at 7pm. She proceeds to tell me she won't take me and I'll be charged and I have to call Andrew. Tana also said I cannot do any of that for you, I have to find a way to contact Andrew to not be charged. ??? PS. My one area takes 5 mins to complete. Sounds like someone who likes hearing her own voice, loves to complain, doesn't like to work and has poor customer service. As a customer, I was extremely accommodating and to be treated like this for my courtesy is so inacceptable. There are so many similar deals out there. I hope you take my experience to heart and buy another one. ✌️

In response to the LIE the company left on my initial review - I left a review on behalf of my sister who had this experience with you and who also has never been exposed to Covid. Even if one of your customers was exposed to Covid, you displayed your lack of professionalism through your willingness to share their private information online. You NEVER called her and NEVER had a conversation where she “let it slip” that she was exposed to Covid. You guys are pathetic. You TOLD her that she had to have a negative Covid test within a 5 day period to receive laser treatment. She told you that she is a first responder and because of the nature of her job SHE WAS REQUIRED TO TAKE TESTS IN ORDER TO WORK. You guys appear to be incapable of taking accountability for your actions and instead try to blame it on your customers or just deny that you have any name in your system of the persons leaving reviews. It’s disturbing how negligent you guys are to your own error. I sincerely hope people have better experiences with you because this is by far the most immature “company” staffing I’ve ever experienced. Original Review: Luckily, I was able to get my money back from Groupon for services at this place. They recently neglected to tell my sister that she would require proof of a negative Covid test before receiving laser. While i understand concern of the spread of this virus .. On the most basic level of customer service you email your customers BEFORE they arrive at their appointments and let them know your new policies instead of making them drive an hour to turn them away because your company and staff failed to communicate.

Terrible experience today. I was under 10 min. late due to accident and they treated me like a a bad customer with no sympathy no accommodating whatsoever. The so called management front desk woman acting like some kind of big boss " you're late so you need to call Customer service to rebook your appointment " with her stern -mean face & very cold attitude...I felt insulted as a customer! 😱
