My name is Holly, I’m a licensed cosmetologist and certified lash artist since 2017. Lash Haus is located in Ellicott City, Md where I offered a range of services including lash extensions, lash lift and tinting. I specialized in classic, hybrid and volume lashes with customized looks.

Our treatment are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect and take note of the following policies before your appointment.

Pre Appointment:

Please come to your appointment with clean and make-up free lashes. Doing so will allow your set to have better retention and maximize the amount of time spent on your service.

Caffeine:

To help you relax and keep your eyes from fluttering during your service, please avoid any drinks with caffeine.

Phone:

Please ensure your phone is on silent mode before the start of your appointment. Enjoy your time in a relaxing environment free from distractions.

Extra Guest:

For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate small children, pets or other guests during your service. We ask that you refrain from bringing other guests in order to better serve you.

Minor:

Parental consent is required for guest 17 years old and under. Must be over 15 years old to receive services.

Lash Fill:

Must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining and within 3 weeks to be considered a fill. If your set does not meet these requirements, a full set will be charged.

Foreign Fill:

Please book a consultation first before booking a fill appointment. We must first assess the work to be sure we can work over it. If we can’t work over the existing set, we will recommend a removal and full set.

Patch Test:

If you have sensitive eyes or skin and it's your first time getting eyelash extensions, a patch test is definitely recommended. Please schedule the patch test at least 24 or 48 hours before the lash extension or lash lift appointment. Please keep in mind a patch test isn't a total safety net, sometimes clients will develop an /sensitivities after months of regular appointments. :

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. I will reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive to your appointment visibly sick and the cancellation policy will take effect.

Payment:

All services require a credit card put on file to guarantee your appointment slot. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show upon checkout .

Deposit:

All services are non-refundable and require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards the cost of the service. Remaining balance will be paid the day of the appointment.

Refund:

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hrs of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if an adjustment can be made to address your concerns. It will be done so with a complimentary 45 mins touch up.
