HORRIBLE experience. My appointment was for 12p.m. I did not mind her 20min lateness because things happen. Once we started I felt it was taking a lot longer than an appointment would have. I asked to use the restroom and looked at the time, it was 4p.m. four hours into the visit and I literally had about 10 lashes on. She said the temperature of the room was affecting the glue so none of the lashes would stick. I gave her an additional hour to alter the room temp and finish the job. At 5p.m she said she was done but it was POORLY done. It was uneven, chaotic looking, the left eye was full while the right eye had big gaps. It looked how it would if you hit your 3 week mark not newly done. I asked to have them removed the following day because I was very embarrassed to walk or go to work this way. She agreed she would remove them the next day, then ignored all of my messages for the following 2 days where I was trying to schedule a time for the removal. Literally layed for 5 hours, an appointment that should have lasted 2 hours, only to walk out embarrassed and worse she didn't keep her word to remove. Save time go elsewhere
