Woman who did my lashes was very thorough and careful.

Was difficult to get a hold of someone at first but I think it was because of the weather. After I scheduled something the shop was very responsive. Shop is really cute and quaint. The technician was really nice and made sure I understood my options and was helpful when answering my questions. A really great experience overall.

Really kind and took time to explain what she was doing. As many of the lashes had fallen out too quickly on the left side - she refilled them perfectly. I have volume without the fake look. Will continue to see them ongoing.

I have been going to the spa for a few months and they are experts in lashes. I was very nervous to get this done, however I started with fewer lashes and built from there. I love the fact that I don't have to wear mascara.
