I pay $15 for appointment, am using a Groupon. My lash full of glue my eye lids hurts because she buy the lashes on the lid . Am so uncomfortable with these lashes on .

You originally purchased your Groupon voucher in November 2024 and scheduled an appointment but did not attend. In August 2025, after your refund option with Groupon had expired, you reached out again, and I chose to honor your voucher as a courtesy to help you avoid losing its value. I take pride in the quality of my work and in providing excellent service to all clients. If you experienced discomfort with your eyelids, this could have been an allergic reaction, which is rare but possible. In such cases, I encourage clients to contact me right away so I can arrange a safe and professional removal. I also value honest feedback and kindly ask that reviews remain Fair.
