I had great experience with Jena she was responsive when I text with my concerns. When I arrived the area where the salon was located was nice, salon was easy to find. Jena was polite and her studio was clean. My lashes looked really nice and I have not had lashes falling out in large amounts as I experience before with previous lash techs. She was thorough and I will be going back.

Unfortunately, my experience with the lash service was quite challenging and disappointing. The communication and customer interaction were lacking, making the overall experience less than satisfactory. Initially, I had booked an appointment for Thursday, 03/28 at 1 pm. However, on Wednesday, 03/27 at 5 pm, I received a text from the lash technician, Jena, informing me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled to 10:30 am the next day. There was no apology provided for the inconvenience caused by this change. When I responded that the new time wouldn't work due to work commitments, there was no further communication from Jena until I reached out again on Thursday to inquire about rescheduling. Finally, Jena responded on Friday, offering a new appointment time of 12:15 pm. Despite arriving at 12:20 pm, I had to wait until 12:50 pm before the lash service began. Throughout this time, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay or the previous lack of responsiveness. The outcome of the lash service was also unsatisfactory. The lashes appear sparse and are positioned unevenly, it looks incomplete.

Hello! Truly sorry you felt that way. The weekend of your requested appointment was Easter weekend/spring break, so unfortunately I could not move your appointment as I was already booked. I did however accommodate you prior to Apr 1 which is what you ultimately asked. I’m surprised you claim you didn’t like your set. I allowed you to see your results before leaving and your response was that they were “pretty”.
