I am interested in purchasing, but not sure how it would be possible to use Flexible spending account if we'll need to pay up front for the deal.

We would give you a receipt based on the day of the procedure. The IRS doesn't care when you pay for it, the procedure has to be in the year your are claiming it for your FSA. Any questions, please call.
