I would like to purchase the higher price groupon for my child's teacher's assistant/ I would be happy to buy one for myself if required. Do I have to include her full name (I know her as "Mrs. W")? And can I use this to have a gift certificate printed out displaying the full amount, but not how much was paid? (This is a class gift and few parents contributed. Don't want her to think we cheaped out.)

You do not have to put the recipient's full name on the Groupon. Groupons, by law, must include the value for which they were originally purchased.
