They showed up almost 3 hours late with the bounce house and I requested them to place a bounce house in a specific area and they set it up on a hill so that bounce house kept deflating with the children inside of it. When they came to drop off the bounce house finally they had some extra chairs in their truck and I requested if they could please let me use them so we can play some musical chairs since they showed up so late ,they refused. The manager could care less with the whole situation and would not help out at all & no compensation was provided. And the face painter was late as well. The popcorn machine included in the package was disgustingly dirty and still had popcorn in it from the last use and super rusty. I recommend not using the company at all, they were completely unprofessional .Price was okay,but I guess you get what you pay for :(
