About Latitudes Bar & Bistro

When brothers Sam and Cory Khoury became co-owners of Latitudes Bistro in 2009, they dreamt of turning the one-time martini bar into an eatery celebrating all things local. Half a decade later, they're doing pretty well with their mission. Sam works the bar, chatting up customers, mixing drinks, and pouring local brews. Cory, meanwhile, crafts the menu and the dishes, celebrating local creativity as he does. He picks up goetta sausage from Findlay Market to craft his unique tacos with cherry tomatoes, corn salsa, and ancho-braised cabbage. He also bakes focaccia bread and naan from scratch; the naan becomes a wrap for his braised short ribs with feta fondue.
