About Laurel Caverns
Laurel Caverns is one of the deepest caves in the United States and is not a typical tourist cave. Instead of stalactites, it has highly sculptured sandstone walls that were designed by wind and water currents millions of years ago. It's left in its natural state for visitors to feast their eyes on nature's piece of art.
Other onsite attractions include a lookout on an amazing view of Chestnut Ridge from high up, and Kavernputt—an 18-hole mini-golf course that can be played from a wheelchair.
