Donna the masseuse was very friendly, but otherwise I felt so many sales pitches, consultations and felt like a mass market! I only went there for a massage. I was reprimanded by the staff, for being a little late...even though I called. Since I had to fill out lengthy paper work, my massage time was cut by 15 minutes and couldn't use a future Groupon. Thanks, but no thanks.
