What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am a certified Feng Shui practitioner and a vegetarian Mediterranean personal chef. I love empowering clients to enhance the quality of life through creating inspiring and harmonious living and working environments while enjoying the most exquisite vegetarian Mediterranean cuisine.
What can a student expect in one of your classes?
In this fun hands-on class (limit 10), we will make Vegetarian Paella and a Lavender Pear Tart (dairy and egg-free), which we ’ll enjoy with Château Haut Sorillon Bordeaux Superieur 2012, an amazing red wine from France, perfect for a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My journey as a personal chef started at age 7 with my decision to become a vegetarian. I started cooking and found absolute joy in experimenting with the bounty of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs (lavender always being her favorite) from the organic garden.
