She was late to my appointment and unprofessional. I didn't see any certifications, she didn't have me sign any paperwork, and her consultation was less than a minute. As I opened my eyes she said "they aren't too long are they?" after knowing I asked for a natural set. I ended up getting them removed by her a few hours later because they were not what I asked for, and she charged me for it
