About This Deal

Three Personal Training Sessions

What's included: 1 free session to talk about your personal fitness goals. Go over your exercise experience, past injuries, and what you would like to achieve from training. We will do assessment get a baseline measurement based upon what your goals are. From there it will be three Personal Training sessions. Main reason behind this three session package is to see if your interested in pursuing training further. You will not achieve those fitness goals that we set in those first three sessions. However it will set you on the right path regardless if you train with me going forward.

Three Online Personal Training Sessions

What's included: 1 free half hour Zoom session to talk about your personal fitness goals. Go over your exercise experience, past injuries, and what you would like to achieve from training. From there it will be three Zoom Personal Training sessions. Main reason behind this three session package is to see if your interested in pursuing training further. You will not achieve those fitness goals that we set in those first three sessions. However it will set you on the right path regardless if you train with me going forward.

If you need to cancel and reschedule your sessions for any reason please contact me 12 hours before our scheduled sessions otherwise your session will be forfeited.

I'm big on collaboration and working with clients to come up with the best game plan to reach your goal. What I enjoy the most about training and coaching is the teaching aspect of it and having you walk away from each session learning something new. I don't like just telling people what to do because anyone can do that. My main goal is to eventually not have to work with you anymore because you have learned enough from me to be autonomous with your exercise and health and regulate it on your own.
