About Little Chute Windmill
Little Chute Windmill is a monument to the Dutch heritage of the Midwest – it is an authentic, fully functioning 1850s design from the Netherlands. The structure, which is over 100 feet tall, was designed and built in the Netherlands by a professional millwright, shipped to Little Chute, and reassembled. It bears witness to the history of Dutch migration and settlement in the region, and it's also a fun educational tool for kids.
