Cancelled 4 times, then finally got my appointment. Had to pay $100 extra, because they said it was a big area (we are talking about my leg!!) . They never mentioned this in the description. 4 weeks later 2nd appointment, and they cancelled 40 minutes before! Unbelievable rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!
