Our delivery team will make sure your loved one will receive the arrangement in agreed timeframe and location. We always do our best to present arrangement to the receiver personally. If receiver is not available at the time of delivery we will contact sender or receiver to get permission to leave arrangement at the destination.We do not call the recipient unless absolutely necessary to complete the delivery. If we do call, we will not specify what we are delivering. If for any reason we are not allowed to leave arrangement at the destination, we will take it back to the showroom until we get additional instructions from sender or receiver.
