The meal consists of a green salad with mustard vinaigrette and walnuts, hand-chopped frites, and a juicy Midwestern steak cooked to order with a side of the celebrated sauce ($24). Your steak is brought to you in two acts, with one half held back for heat retention and dramatic effect.
