I’m a bit out of shape and decided to try a boot camp session. The exercises that will be performed are thoroughly explained during a light warm up and include a mix of resistance and cardio. When the session begins the instructor pushes you, but in an encouraging way that doesn’t make you feel bad if you can’t quite keep up with everyone else. It was tough but fun.
