Learn To Fly San Diego's team of experienced flight instructors share their passion for flight with fledgling flyers during two-hour private lessons. Before heading skyward in one of the facility's cozy passenger planes, students study their way through a 30-minute preflight instruction, familiarizing themselves with the craft's basic components and how to ask for a bathroom break using semaphore flags. Students may bring up to two guests with them during picturesque treks through herds of cloud animals, though a weight restriction of 275 pounds per person does apply.
