What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
We are offering a new way to do brain training this summer. It’s called Brain Camp and it creates an engaging environment in which your child can discover tools for thriving in school and life” . It is for kids aged 8 - 14 and will be for two hours per day for a week. It will be offered several weeks during the summer.
Sometimes it’s all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
We welcome everyone into our center with warmth and open mindedness, knowing they are likely struggling with the process of learning and/or performing. Everyone is offered the opportunity to come for a free sample session; we welcome any and all family members to be part of the consultation to learn more about their loved one’s struggles; we provide refreshments and lots of great materials and a book of testimonials for them to read while waiting. We also email personalized references to anyone considering our recommended program.
What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
The phenomenal change in people’s lives and the 98.5% customer service rating that our two centers represent as numbers 1 and 3 amidst over 90 centers.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
We work within the community through partnering with schools, community organizations, local businesses and non-profit alliances, churches, and charitable foundations to bring brain training, and the awareness of it’s impact on the lives of those we touch is priceless.
