Choose Between Two Options
- $10 for one aerial fitness class (a $20 value)
- $20 for two aerial fitness classes (a $40 value)
During mixed aerial-apparatus classes, floor work and free weights pump up fitness and off-ground circuit training as students safely explore hoops, trapeze, and silks. Aerial yogis perform inverted poses on the ground and in the air to further boost flexibility and strength in each aerial yoga flow lesson. The aerial silks classes teach students to dance gracefully through the air while suspended from hanging silks, uniting elements of fitness, acrobatics, and yoga.
This Groupon is good for intro to aerial silks, aerial yoga flow, aerial boot camp, and intro to mixed aerial apparatus classes. See the full schedule here.
Learning2Fly’s founder Sumya Anani believes that all conscious movement leads one further down the path to empowerment. It is this philosophy that led Anani to become a registered yoga teacher, massage therapist, and personal trainer. She teaches techniques to all skill levels through introductory classes including aerial basics, aerial classes for kids and teens, and beginning silks for women 50+; instructors guide, motivate, and inspire you to reach new heights and bring your sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and willingness to laugh at yourself. They focus on what you can do, and build on that as everyone improves from their own starting point. Similarly, aerial camps immerse participants in the body-bending skills required to master her artful form of fitness. While clients maneuver in suspended grace, her trained instructors also teach intro classes like Basics for Bigger Bodies and Hatha yoga classes, which boost the flexibility and strength of those who are afraid of heights or making their pet emu jealous.

“Depending on the Groupon offer, try different classes. Leave your comfort zone, you never know. Many of the classes require some upper body strength. But there are doable things in all classes regardless. If you lack upper body strength, as I did (however that's changing ;)) the aerial yoga will be the easiest. I still encourage you to try different classes. I loved it so much, I now have goals. :) The instructors are very helpful. AS ARE THE VETERAN STUDENTS! :))) No judging here. It was a wonderful experience, I felt supported by the entire room. ”
